We have EXCITING news…
We’ve heard you. We’ve taken your feedback. And now, our brand is evolving.
After running product-market fit studies, we’ve decided to pivot away from the standalone well-being app known as wowe, towards an embedded behavioral science platform that will work in conjunction with our customer-facing app.
Say hello to our new brand, Satori
Satori is a Japanese word that means “enlightenment” or “understanding,” which reflects the purpose of our new product: to provide insurers with a comprehensive and intuitive behavioral science platform for understanding their policyholders.
So… why the pivot?
Conversations with our stakeholders have revealed a growing demand for behavioral insights that can be used to improve insurance program outcomes. By leveraging our existing expertise in well-being, we’re able to provide valuable policyholder behavioral insights. These insights can help insurers better understand their customers’ needs and tailor programs accordingly. This pivot aligns with our previous mission to improve people's lives and increase their well-being. At the same time it opens the door to new revenue streams and growth opportunities for our company.
We designed our Satori engagement platform (formerly the wowe app) to encourage users to engage in healthy activities and make positive lifestyle changes. By leveraging user behavior and preferences from the engagement platform, we provide insurers with the tools they need to make meaningful connections with their policyholders.
To execute our brand pivot to Satori, we plan to:
These changes will take place on May 4th.
